Clegg’s Acquires Kiser Exterminating, Inc.

Both pest control companies are NC-based and family-owned

Durham, NCClegg’s Termite & Pest Control, LLC announced today that it has acquired Kiser Exterminating, Inc., of Roxboro. Kiser will retain its name and continue operations as Kiser Exterminating with Marshall Kiser managing the subsidiary.

“My father Norman, Sr. founded Kiser more than 40 years ago,” said Marshall Kiser, owner of Kiser Exterminating. “My brother and I have both worked in the family business. When my brother passed away earlier this year, it was a blow to the company and the community he so dearly loved. I believe the decision to merge our operations with Clegg’s is a good one for our customers, who will continue to receive the great service they have always seen. I’ll be remaining with the company and servicing my existing pest customers who can call me at 336-599-2381.”

“We’re pleased to have Kiser Exterminating join the Clegg’s family,” said Philip Clegg, President of Clegg’s. “Kiser has very similar values to Clegg’s, in that they are a family-owned, local operation. They are also dedicated to providing excellent service and meeting all the pest control needs of their clients. We believe the acquisition will be a good fit for the companies and for our Roxboro clients.”
