Smithfield Branch Manager

Dwayne Spear is an Associate Certified Entomologist and is licensed and Certified as a Pest Control Operator in North Carolina, Florida, Virginia, Tennessee, South Carolina, Georgia, and Alabama.  Dwayne has management training from N.F.L. University and is also trained in HACCP Food Safety; North Carolina agricultural practices certification and is North Carolina state approved trainer. Dwayne has training in A/B principles of warehouse sanitation, technical directions IPM boot camp, and University of Georgia structural pest control program.   Dwayne conducts bible study and enjoys public speaking in prison ministry.  He has a wife and 3 children.  His children are also employees of Clegg’s.  Dwayne loves reading books, watching old westerns, and listening to blue grass and country music.
